Fascia yoga
Yoga is fascia training! In fascia yoga, however, we combine yoga elements with other fascia-training elements. Through swinging, springy, or stretching movements, we loosen the connective tissue and promote flexibility. Classic yoga postures are playfully adapted to maximize the flexibility of our fascia strands.
Inside Flow® – Yoga on Beat
Inside Flow® is derived from the flowing Vinyasa Yoga Flow – an hour of flow without beginning or end. You can expect a flowing sequence of asanas (yoga postures) guided by the breath and modern music – a symbiosis of tradition and evolution. Set to modern music, this class is choreographed in which each breath movement leads to a body movement. As supple as a kitten or as strong as a lioness? No problem, because Mobility Flow properly mobilizes the spine and all major joints like the shoulders, hips, knees, and feet. All exercises are perfect as mobilizers before your own workout in a Mobility Flow, because mobility protects against injuries and prevents muscle tension. Pilates
The Pilates method is a holistic, systematic workout that specifically targets the pelvic floor, back, and abdominal muscles. Strengthens your core. Performs controlled, precise, yet flowing movements. Breathes with greater concentration and awareness. Improves posture. These are the essential characteristics of Pilates exercises. The sport was originally developed for ballet dancers to develop a more graceful posture and lean, powerful muscles.

TRX Yoga
TRX Yoga is heavily inspired by power yoga. The suspension trainer is used to reinforce but also facilitate various poses. With a primary focus on strength, asanas are linked to breathing to simultaneously challenge and develop your strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a balm for the soul, as we work without force or effort. Supported by blocks or other props, we remain passively in lying and sitting positions for 3-5 minutes to mentally and physically release, find peace, and stretch the deep fascia.

Zumba® Fitness is a mix of flowing aerobic steps and Latin American.

Each song is linked to a specific choreography and is easily learned in a class – and you'll definitely burn some calories in the process. HIIT
Now it's time to get down to business: action, fun, and fat burning. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) burns more body fat than moderate fitness training. However, you'll push yourself to your limits and have to grit your teeth. The reward is the afterburn effect, meaning you'll continue to burn body fat for several hours afterward.
HIIT meets meditation

The first part is dedicated to intensive interval training, which takes place in a circuit with functional exercises and your own body weight. Tabata
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and a productive mix of cardio and strength training elements. The workout was invented by Japanese physician Dr. Izumi Tabata. Tabata is characterized by short, intense exercises in intervals that push your heart rate to its maximum. This is followed by a short break – and then you carry on. Tabata training maximizes your endurance and fitness, and studies show that it improves fat burning and performance. Eight intervals of 20 seconds each are completed in four minutes. After each interval, you are allowed a 10-second breath. A total of four blocks of this are performed in the class. A finisher brings the class to a climax. So, up for this personal challenge?

The days when only men wanted a six-pack are definitely over! We'll train your abs until exhaustion. Here you'll learn exercises that go beyond simple sit-ups. You'll not only tone your rectus abdominis and obliques, but also stabilize your entire torso. Remember: you need your abdominal muscles for almost every body movement; they support neighboring muscles during breathing and relieve pressure on your spine. And by the way, washboard muscles look damn good, too. Let's plank together!
Animal Movements
If you want to move with power and grace, you've come to the right place. Mobility and functional movement sequences dominate the class. This low-to-the-floor core workout teaches efficient movements and, above all, strengthens the core. Aqua Fitness
Aqua training is more intense than you think! You must be able to swim and have a reasonable level of fitness. Aqua fitness classes train your arms, legs, buttocks, and core in a way that's particularly gentle on the joints. This makes aqua fitness particularly suitable for athletes and fitness enthusiasts with spinal and joint problems. The massaging effect of the water improves blood flow to the connective tissue, and cold thermogenesis burns additional calories. So, get in the pool!
Aqua Interval
Jump into the water and take it to the next level. Aqua Interval alternates between longer periods of exertion and shorter recovery phases. This prevents your body from fully recovering, pushing you to new limits in the cool water. Fun factor guaranteed!
Barre workout
Barre combines elements from ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional training into a challenging and highly effective workout. Barre strengthens muscles and tones the body. HOT IRON® 1
Do you want to tone up your muscles and enter the world of weights and dumbbells? Then HOT IRON® 1 is just right for you. This class is both an ideal introduction to barbell training and the perfect "straightforward course" for a full-body workout without a lot of fuss. It's a clear, simple strength endurance workout consisting of basic barbell exercises. Beginners are introduced to the basics through smart, combined technique training, while advanced users can fully challenge themselves by choosing the right weight. With no more than 50 repetitions, every muscle is truly trained in strength endurance, offering increased training effects.
HOT IRON® 2
HOT IRON® 2 is the coordination and conditioning upgrade from HOT IRON® 1. New exercises, a partially modified muscle load range, and an extended training time train the body differently than before. Then Justyna is the right place for you. Together, you'll train your entire body with advanced kettlebell techniques and hone your snatch, Turkish get-up, windmill, and much more. Kettlebell Workout
In this workout class, the seven basic movement patterns are combined with the kettlebell for an effective full-body workout. The kettlebell—also called a round ball weight—has a long history. In this class, you'll learn how to use it to achieve your goals. If a toned butt, strong shoulders, and upright posture are on your wish list, you shouldn't miss this full-body workout with basic kettlebell exercises.
KickHIIT
In addition to kickboxing techniques such as punching and kicking, this workout offers a complete fitness program for the entire body: in addition to strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility are trained. This makes it a tough workout that burns a lot of calories and challenges the mind. Partner exercises and exhaustion are encouraged.
Legs and Booty X-press
A nice booty is the order of the day – this class is all about a nice, firm butt and toned legs. This strength-endurance workout for the buttocks and all the leg muscles will tone the tissue and make your curves look more toned. Small equipment like mini bands and tubes, as well as bodyweight exercises, make this workout challenging and get you to your goal quickly. Ready, set, go!
Shadowboxer Performance
Using the Shadowboxer fitness equipment, Shadowboxer Performance combines classic shadowboxing with elements of functional training to train all five physical abilities of a healthy body: ENDURANCE – STRENGTH – SPEED – FLEXIBILITY – COORDINATION! The SHADOWBOXER is a training device consisting of a belt and two attached tubes. The belt provides a gentle yet highly effective workout for the back muscles, while the tubes promote strength and flexibility.
Strong back
Don't give the number one office-related illness a chance and learn how to effectively prevent posture and back problems in the future. This requires more than a gentle program! With functional exercises modeled on your everyday movements, you'll strengthen your core muscles and stabilize your spine. The focus will be on the muscles that straighten the spine and stabilize the torso – for a strong foundation for healthy posture.

Here, you'll learn all the basic exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and much more with a barbell. These are the most important basic exercises every fitness queen should know. In the Athletic Workout, you'll experience the combination of these four elements into a single unit – a real firework for your body!
TRX Get started
Training with the TRX is a highly effective full-body workout in which you use your own body weight as training resistance. With a variety of over 300 exercises, entire muscle chains are usually trained and only rarely isolated muscles, which makes the training as efficient as possible. The constant movement of the straps during training activates the small muscles close to the joints, resulting in a significantly greater training stimulus for the larger muscle chains. TRX training is one of the most effective forms of training and has become an indispensable part of every gym. Since the suspension trainers can be individually adjusted, you are in great hands as a TRX beginner and learn the basics in a fun and effective workout.
TRX training
Visible training effects can be achieved in a very short time – and all with this simple suspension system. Strength training with the suspension system is combined with coordination-based, functional exercise sequences that also stimulate the metabolism and thus ensure optimal fat burning. Bodyweight training at its finest. The word calisthenics is composed of the Greek words kalos ("beautiful," "good") and sthenos ("strength"), meaning "beautiful strength."
